Your cost is $5.00 per pick-up (not per sample) and you will be billed monthly by the Arkansas Livestock & Poultry Commission.
If the courier currently does not provide service in your area, please call or fax the lab with the following information: Name of clinic, phone number, county, city, and approximately how many days a week you would need a pick-up.
If enough service is requested, the courier can expand his pick-up area.
